We recommend our Clients highly qualified renovation and construction teams as well as carpenter’s companies.
Online design – just provide us with a plan and photographs of your apartment, we will send you an initial design by email.
When you decide to co-operate with us, you receive:
- 3D visualisation of designed interiors
- designs of non-standard furniture (including kitchens, dressing rooms)
- flat plan of a designed interior including arrangement of partition walls, furniture, spaces walled off with carton plaster (including suspended ceilings), floors, electrical installations/lightning, water and sewage connections
- assistance in material selection
- consulting services related to choosing contractors (on the basis of a long- standing experience in designing)
- discussing functions and use of consulted spaces
- assistance in colour scheme selection
- product and price specification including a list of materials, i.e. furniture, lightning, ceramics, decorative elements, tiles, paints, etc.
Project architect’s supervision is an additional, so-called “turnkey” service, which is in our keeping from the project’s beginning until its end. We talk to and meet with contractors as well as make sure that works are completed in accordance with guidelines.
Consulting at Client’s site – if you do not have time to come to our office, we can come to the construction site or other place that is convenient for you to discuss all issues related to project.
